Can you believe we are to the last block for this quilt already? I can't it. I hope you have been able to collect all the blocks. If you haven't, you can either purchase them individually or wait until the pattern is released as a whole in January. Next week, the "Sunshine Village" quilt finishing instructions will be available to download for FREE!

Let's get down to business! This month's Quilt Block Mania theme is "Forest." I love the take each of the designers have on this theme. It is always fun seeing the creativity of others!

I used the templates included in the pattern for the trees but I didn't use fusible webbing. After I had my trees cut out, I sprayed the backs of them with basting spray. When everything positioned, I heat set them. I knew I was just going to do raw edge and not finish them with any decorative stitches. When quilting, I made sure to stitch down all of the edges. This by far was the easiest of this years blocks!
