After visiting the homestead where my great-great x 5 generations lived, survived and work made me truly realize how thankful for my roots. A mixture of horrific and good, today by the grace of God I am what I am.
From now through the end of the year, I will share a tidbit of my roots including a picture here and there.
I encourage you to share tidbits also. We all have a history... good, bad and ugly. I also encourage you to feel the past and even present allowing it make your future better.
