A Day at the Circus!

I remember as a child one time the circus came to my tiny hometown! I don't remember a lot about it because I was so young. Here is the link to our Circus block:

I understand there have been frustrations that the block was not published August 1st. I get it. What most people don't know (or understand) is I deal with chronic health issues. In the midst of my big, unexpected move, this month I've had more seizures and a big medication change. This change has taken all of my energy and the ability to think clearly. From the start of the change until now, it has been three weeks. I am finally able to get through a day with more than four hours of "thinking" time. Two hours in the morning before the medication starts working and two - three hours right before bed. My new house is still boxed up.

I actually have had all twelve block patterns written since March. The final Sunshine Village quilt is almost quilted. (My machine decided it needed a trip to Dr. Juki though.) I know how frustrating it is to get a pattern and then there be errors. I always check and triple check before I release any patterns. I would much rather be a little bit late in releasing a free pattern, than releasing a pattern with problems.
