This wall quilt is a personal design, using jewel toned scraps. The pieced squares, rectangles, and sashing is slightly imperfect to mimic stained glass panels and lead came. The pieced strips are sewn together using the log cabin method. It is hand quilted using the stitch in the ditch technique giving a 3-D appearance to mock came.

Loving the yellow border.

Finishing the piecing up with a double strip of tiles.

Made it to the county fair. Second place in this specific category. First place went to the Wall Quilt above mine. Amazing work, I wish I could credit the artist.
