#2020 Monthly Color Challenge

I'm playing catch-up with my quilt blocks for PBJ 2020 Monthly Color Challenge. This is the second year I have joined a long as a blogger. Last year her color inspiration was flowers and this year it is birds. Each month Jen shares the instructions for a quilt block on the first day of the month. The pattern is free for the specific month, after in the new month it is $1.

This is February's block. I love the color! Just like last year, I worked just from my scrap boxes. I didn't have enough of just one dark fabric, so I used several colors. I tried to keep some consistency by using all solids though. The light fabric's flowers have all different shade of the dark solids. I'm happy with it!

Perhaps silly, but I appreciate good hair days and great makeup! Really though, I do!!! Yesterday I recorded the first "Virtual Quilt Class" and good hair helped my confidence.
